Sam proposes. You decide.
How we use AI in the shop: Sam reads, files and suggests, and nothing is applied until a user confirms it. Sensitive data stays protected.
Much of a repair shop’s day goes on copying and checking: carrying data over from appraisals, comparing supplier invoices with orders, filing emails to the right case. That time is missing from the repair and from the customer. Sam takes that work on.
What Sam takes on
- Reads documents: appraisals, delivery notes and invoices become data in the case, with a preview before anything is booked.
- Matches invoices: Sam compares supplier invoices with the orders line by line and suggests the booking account.
- Files the mail: incoming emails and their attachments land on the right case.
- Listens: a dictated finding becomes repair lines with method and part. You can dictate a comment or an email the same way, and Sam writes it up.
Your team decides
Sam changes nothing on its own. Every suggestion comes with a preview and is applied only once a user confirms it. In a repair shop, your staff are responsible for the estimate and the invoice, and that stays the case.
How Sam handles data
Sam works with the signed-in user’s permissions and sees only what that user may see. Sensitive data is masked before a request reaches a language model. We use the models through the providers’ European data centres with zero data retention agreed, so the providers don’t store the requests.
