Every change from Sam appears as a proposal with a preview. It's applied only after you confirm.
Sam only sees what the signed-in user may see. Sensitive data is masked before it reaches a language model.

01Documents
Sam reads appraisals, delivery notes and invoices and carries the data into the case. You see a preview before anything is booked.

02Invoices
Sam reads supplier invoices, matches them line by line to orders and suggests the booking account.
03Inbox
Incoming emails land on the right case, attachments included.
04Voice
Dictate a finding, book an appointment, pull a report: Sam understands spoken and typed instructions. A finding becomes repair lines with method and part; a quick note becomes a finished comment or email.

05Reports
Sam brings case and finance data together and answers on request, for example on revenue, margin or turnaround per site. The figures come from your own data.
Sam uses language models from specialist providers through their European data centres, with zero data retention agreed: the providers do not store the requests. The data processing agreement names the providers.
