Why we exist
A repair touches the front desk, appraisers, insurers, parts suppliers, paint shops and customers. In many shops, notes, Excel lists and call-backs hold it together.
Our products turn that into one digital flow. Everyone involved sees the same status in real time and knows what happens next. That leaves more time for the customer and for the craft itself.
How we work
New features come from customer feedback. Car Repair Flow ships something new every month.
We use AI where it simplifies work and saves cost, not everywhere we could. In mass-damage events it takes load off the staff. People make the decisions.
A separate schema per customer, roles and permissions, servers in Germany. Roles and permissions apply to the AI features too, and sensitive data is masked before it reaches a language model.
